Educational and training firms center
Educational and Training Firms Center began to act in 2001. It is situated in one of the buildings of KNTEU (8 Milutenka St., 02156 Kyiv.).
Director of the center is Ligonenko Larisa, Doctor of Economics, Full Professor.
The aim of the Center is to provide a productive training. Training is one of the most perspective techniques which is used in order to teach students new methods of decision making on different issues: common and functional management, business planning, economics, finance, accounting and tax accounting, marketing researches, human recourses administration, skills training of financial operations conducting and performance of official duties at the workplace on imitative enterprise.
Ministry of education and science of Ukraine recommends organizing such institutions in Ukrainian Universities. The reason is that methods used in the process of students' practical training are innovative, progressive and focused on training of high-qualified specialists who are able to earn money and make effective managerial decisions.
Practice is organized for the "bachelor degree" students of the following directions: "Finance", "Economy of an Enterprise", "Marketing", "Organization Management", "Foreign Economic Activity Management", "Commodity Science and Customs Expertise", "Banking", "Accounting and Audit", "Commodity Science and commercial activity", "Expertise of Goods and Services".
Personnel of the center are qualified specialists who have practical experience in business and teaching. Among them are 1 Doctor of Science, Professor, 17 Candidates of Science, Associate Professors and 17 teachers without scientific degree.
Training organization in the Center of training firms of KNTEU is an original author's project with special characteristics.
Today training is conducted on the basis of the retail trade enterprise - limited liability company "Hermes" and its subsidiary - hotel complex "Hermes-service" in real-time mode.
