Institute of Higher Qualification (IHQ) is a part of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics University (KNUTE), a leading educational institution in Ukraine, accredited to the highest IV level. "MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION" (MBA)

Duration of training - 1 year 10 months.
Training form - evening-time and extra-mural (6 training and examination sessions (9 to 18 working days) and theoretical lessons on Saturdays in between sessions).
Admission Prerequisites:
• complete higher education (Diploma of Specialist, Master's in any specialty);
• at least 2 years work in business.
The program focused, on the one hand, on developing the skills of making grounded management decisions based on the high level of competence, on the other hand - providing highly professional university education.
The objectives of the "Master of Business Administration" program are:
• supplementing of acquired in the process of obtaining practical experience knowledge with theoretical base;
• developing of leader personality, intellectual, professional and practice manager;
• formation of a stable life position, career development prospects in the leading Ukrainian and foreign companies;
• training of professionals who would understand the conceptual foundations of systematic management of the organization, could develop and make correct management decisions.

Program Manager - L.O. Ligonenko, doctor of economic science, professor, head of the Department of Economy of Entrepreneurship. Actively involved in scientific research work, advising commercial enterprises and business structures.
Marketing Management
Program Manager - V.V. Ortynska, candidate of economic science, professor, head of Department of Marketing and Business Activity. Research interests - strategic marketing, marketing research: theory, practice and problems.

"European Management - CeMBA" - Ukrainian-German MBA program, an educational project of Kyiv National Trade-Economic University and ESCP Europe (Berlin) for Central Europe
The training of masters of business administration (MBA) for Central Europe was launched in the first transnational economic institution in Europe - ESCP Europe (Paris-Berlin-Madrid, Turin and London) http://www.escpeurope.de. An international accreditation system EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA, has the support of the Office of Science, Research and Culture of the Senate Land Berlin (Germany) and is designed for young professionals in management, who will assume the functions of performance management tasks in the Ukrainian and German-speaking world.

The purpose of this integrated international MBA programs are training the young generation of managers through:
